Father, as this day ends, I slow down and rest in Your presence. Thank You for carrying me through each task, conversation, and delay. You were near when I failed to notice.
Search my heart tonight. Show me where I walked wisely and where I followed impatience, pride, fear, or selfish desire. Forgive the words I should not have spoken and the good I left undone. Give me humility to make things right and wisdom to choose a better path tomorrow.
I release every unfinished task into Your hands. Quiet the questions circling in my mind. I cannot solve tonight what belongs to another day. Guard me from worry and teach me to trust Your care. Bring peace to my home, comfort to those I love, and rest to every weary heart.
Thank You for the lessons hidden within this day. Use them to shape my character and deepen my faith. Keep my heart fully devoted to You, and do not let success, comfort, or distraction draw me away.
As I sleep, renew my body, clear my mind, and restore my spirit. Let me wake ready to seek Your wisdom again. I rest in Your care. In Jesus’ name, amen.
